Personally and in business, I find partnership, sustainability, diversity & inclusion great values because I believe in real results with high impact on the long term in everything I do and in all my relationships. Every company and person is unique and has different talents and opportunities to grow. The challenge is to embrace the differences, start working on being complementary to each other and how it can be maximized within your company.
I noticed how a lot of leaders and companies are struggling with how to do this. It was time for a change. Change is made on to go and someone needed to start developing companies and leaders to give them a new perspective about company culture. So I founded Global Consulting League (GCL)
